The location of this place was mind-blowing! It was super close to the train station and there were plenty of jaw-dropping restaurants around. The owner, Fabio, was so helpful and quick to reply to our messages. Even though the air conditioning was a bit noisy , the room was sold without it and it was totally okay. The room itself was incredibly spacious with a really nice bathroom and a mini fridge. The free wi-fi worked like a charm and the bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the fact that they had luggage storage, a flat-screen TV, and a lift was just the cherry on top. VIP treatment all the way! And to top it all off, they even allowed pets and had a strict no smoking policy. This place was everything we could've asked for and more!

I recently stayed at A Posada in La Spezia for a few nights while visiting Cinque Terre. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and the train station all within walking distance. The host, Fabio, was amazing with communication and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was clean, spacious, and had good Wi-Fi signal. Manuela, who assisted us during check-in, was very helpful and provided us with valuable information about the area.

Great service - the host accommodated us very early before check-in and allowed us to leave our luggages in the accommodation after check-out and take a shower after arriving from the beach before departure. Excellent location of the accommodation - right in the center next to the main street and close to the main train station.

The room needs renovation. There was mold in the shower and the walls were breaking down.

Bikes to explore, free WiFi to endlessly scroll, and close to interesting museums. Can't complain.
